Phase 1&2 great quality, low cost. Manteninence staff just needs a little work.
The university villliae is a wondeful place to live it reminds me of a very big family. Socializing with others and meeting new people , in addition it is a safe place on campus. There are also some things to consider there aren't an cameras , sometimes the water and Wifi cuts off, Cold water , and the bills we get every month.
The business office hardly answer the phone but they will stay passed closing to call and tell you that you owe them money. Something is always out whether it's the wifi, a/c, or water. Workers are unorganized and don't know what they're talking about b/c they all contradict each other. The online repair portal DOES NOT WORK. I only live here b/c it is on campus
Great way to live while in school. Everything is within walking distance.
I enjoy how fast maintenance replaced my air conditioner ... the apartment CA's are helpful
